God in Jesus displays his power and goodness by making a family out of His enemies - spiritual rebels and adulterers. He brings HIs family to a table to feast with Him. He rejoices and weeps, loves and serves, gives and suffers, encourages and corrects. He designs and empowers his family to do the same to each other. So, in Christ, we are not only reconnected with our Creator, we are also reconnected to one another.

One of the ways we connect as family at River Valley is through smaller groups we call Gospel Communities. We gather to hear from God through his Word and to converse with Him. We see how God relates to all of life.
We center our friendships around Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. We work on inviting those who don't know God to the feast.
