Why we give.
In the New Testament we see a beautiful picture of cooperation as God's redeemed people come together to support the work of the gospel as well as to meet the needs of others. This cooperation is not presented as duty or religion, but of worship and of confession that all we have actually belongs to God. We give so that others may know the "Inexpressible Gift"of Jesus.
Giving at River Valley helps us as a church continue the privilege of taking the gospel to and being a gospel presence in our city. Ways To Give
Give Online
Online giving allows for a specific dollar amount to be deducted automatically from a checking or savings account . You can set up online giving either as a one-time donation or a recurring gift. Online giving is not only easy, it's also safe and secure. This option helps individuals and families remain faithful in their giving even when they are away or unable to attend worship gatherings.
Give In Person
On Sundays as we gather to worship we take time to during the gathering to worship through giving. Members or attenders who feel led to give have an opportunity to place their gifts in the giving baskets that are passed throughout the congregation. There is also a drop box available in the foyer for gifts.
